Dr. Dionisio Nyaga, Ph.DDirector - Research, Education & Careers
Dr. Nyaga is a lecturer at Ryerson University. He has 15 years of community development experience; having worked with diverse communities in Canada and internationally. He is a researcher, practitioner, social advocate and educator. He has participated in community and research projects geared to social justice and anti-oppression. His scholarly research, academic and practice focuses community development, anti-colonial, post-colonial, social policy, gender studies, African trans-nationalism, diasporic studies, masculinity studies, post-structuralism, curriculum development and critic, labor studies, mental health and Indigenous studies.
