Appreciating The Newcomers Clothing Drive Champion

Kenyan Canadian Association would like to extend our utmost appreciation to Congress of Black Women Brampton chapter for going above and beyond through generous donations over the last 6 months with more than 150 bags of clothing and toys towards the Newcomers Clothing Drive that was held during the Christmas Holiday Season. The organization’s volunteers worked tirelessly to support the clothing drive beneficiaries, majority of whom are recently arrived refugees from shelters across GTA. They were a key pillar in our journey towards making a positive social change. Their unwavering support as a major clothing drive partner played a pivotal role in the success of the entire exercise, touching the lives of many.

We appreciate Congress of Black Women Brampton Chapter for their steadfast dedication and transformative support, especially for disproportionately affected refugees in the black community.
