Age Well At Home (AWAH) Program Beneficiaries Registration & Survey

The Kenyan Canadian Association (KCA) has initiated the registration of beneficiaries for Age Well At Home (AWAH) Program funded by the Government of Canada to address the need for community connection and support for vulnerable seniors, especially those of low income, to prevent premature relocation to care facilities. The program aims to enhance home-based support for seniors, enabling them to age in place with dignity.

Seniors and older adults (55+) also have a chance to share their thoughts, experiences and opinions through a quick survey.
To participate please REGISTER NOW at https://www.kcacanada.org/awah by February 29, 2024.

If you are a senior or older adult (55+) requiring assistance in filling the form, please contact AWAH Community Outreach Officer at Christine Tesch at 249-288-0885
